Just wanted to let you know that we had Murray Comber with us this past weekend for an amazing conference entitled "Discovering Your Life Keys" - great interactive teaching on personal temperament profiling (True Colors®, Keirsey & MBTI®). Attendance was very strong for us, (70 + people signed up) and the response was enthusiastic. It was like a light went on for many people as they began to understand who they were! Murray's easy and yet enthusiastic style made for a great presentation. To My friend Murray;
Hard for me to be formal in a letter of reference but I do want to say that Murray Comber and his ministry Life Concepts has been an incredible addition to our leadership training and lay people a like. I personally benefited from this conference greatly and now find myself working much more cohesively with my senior pastor and the rest of the staff here at Calvary Pentecostal Church. Even with the insight that most ministry directed training brings you, I feel that this one aspect of personal and social study and training is greatly lacking. A very big thank-you for a job well done. We as staff have already made plans for a couples retreat or Saturday conference with him in regards to the very issues covered and how relevant they are to married and dating couples a like. Looking forward to having him and his ministry back. A few weeks ago, we had Murray Comber in do to his "Life Concept" Seminar & I have to tell you it is amazing. I have done a few personality profiles in my time but nothing like this. Murray does a wonderful job in helping us to understand & accept how God has made us PLUS understanding how to work with others of different personality types. I felt it was such a valuable tool for the body of the church that we have booked him back for the fall so that more may participate in the seminar. I can see how this would help church leadership, marriages anything that is relational. I really believe that bringing Murray in would be beneficial in building a healthy church body.

Our weekend True Colors® Workshop with Murray Comber was well received by everyone who attended. Murray is very personable and easy to work with. People responded well to his congenial personality and to the material he presented. The Workshop helps people understand themselves and also the people around them and especially those who have impacted them negatively. Since that weekend Workshop several times someone has mentioned to me how much it had helped them in their interpersonal relationships. In the fall of 2001 we had Murray Comber come to our Church and conduct a Life Concept Ministries Seminar, which included his presentation of Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and True Colors Workshops. We were extremely pleased with the ministry that was presented at this time, and as a Senior Pastor in a new situation, I found the material presented to be extremely helpful and timely in the understanding of personalities and goals of each individual.
